Why I would Like a staff position: I would like a staff position as I have recently just came back to minecraft and I have been looking for a server to share my knowledge and experience with in addition to guiding new and older players, I like to help people in need and bullying is a no go, I don't care who you are or where your from as long as you behave and treat others well your fine by me. Experiences: As stated I used to Co-Own with a buddy a while ago I can produce his skype if need be, however I am fairly well established with many server plugins and would be a perfect addition to your team. I'm not only useful with plugins I can recommend useful ones I have used prior in addition to building this servers main attractions. What have I done: Since joining I have spent over an hour building a mansion esc house [hope you enjoy it], but the real question is its not what I've done, its what I can do to benefit you. General information about you: I'm 20 years old. I live in California. I'm do have a job, but I work very little (because of the work I do). I've also worked with children before so I'm good with arguing and tense moments.
Why you want to become staff: I just really enjoy helping others and spreading joy. I'm also willing to add fun little contests, if you'd like.
Experiences with server administration: I used to own my own server for a bit. It never got that big, but I had fun with it. I didn't have a lot of plugins, but I still have a pretty good understanding of them. Mostly due to my college experience. I'm currently in college for technology.
What you have done on our server to be considered for Jr. Mod: I'm in the process of building a museum for the server.

General information about me: My name is Madison and I've just joined the server. From the second I joined, I could tell this server was chill. I'm a pretty chill person who likes to build ideas. I am in high school and I think of new ways of building. (On graph paper) I play a couple sports like soccer and tennis. I honestly don't have much of a life other than that. After high school, I plan on joining the military for a couple years, so that's pretty cool.
Why you want to become staff: I would like to become staff because I am mature. Like I said, I'm a pretty chill person. I can watch the chat and help players who need help with commands or claiming. I can also help players come up with ideas, as I also build. Also, I can reply to member's forum posts to help out as much as possible!
Experiences with server administration: I've very familiar with CoreProtect. I used it a lot on my own server. (only had room for my roommate and I) I am familiar with world guard which is what I use to protect my builds on other servers. I am not as familiar with group manager but I'll research more of that!
What I have done on our server to be considered for Jr. Mod: I have helped players calm down and be 'chill'. I honestly have just joined and I plan on helping players out with commands or ideas.
Anything else I want to add: I love building as it is a hobby for me. I plan out ideas on graph paper while in school. I plan on being on the server for many more hours to build, help, or just to talk! Thank you for reading and I hope to see you on the server!

General information about you: Hi, my name is Cole, yes that is my real name. I have joined the server 2 hours ago. When I joined, I found a small, friendly community, and from that moment, I loved the server. In a way, I already feel the players on the server as family. I am a builder, you may say. I love to build in general, but my favorite things to build are old run down places, such as ruins. I can't think of anything else to say, heh!
Why you want to become staff: (Please put something unique, some reason to consider you over others) Why would I want to become staff? Well, that's easy! The reason I want to become staff is because this is a new server that I know you payed a lot to start! I hope to help you run the server by contributing to it! I am already doing my best to contribute to the server only for IT'S well being. I hope you consider me as a standalone cool guy, heh!
Experiences with server administration: (coreprotect, worldguard, groupmanager) I have much experience with GroupManager, but not much experience with things like WorldGuard and CoreProtect. That doesn't mean I can't learn about it though, heh!
What you have done on our server to be considered for Jr. Mod: What have I done? I have given all the moral support I can to Spicy and staff plus I have built structures. I have welcome new and old players to the the server, I have talked to players on the server, everything I can as a Builder! If that is not reason to be considered for Jr. Mod, then I don't what what is, heh!

General information about you: I love to monitor servers and to also get the experience to help people. I have a decent amount of information about how to be a good Moderator, Staff. I think this would be a great experience! I have had a lot of experience as a developer of servers, I am learning how to code different plugins and other informative, helpful plugins. I think that this server has potential and is ready to have more staff.
Why you want to become staff: (Please put something unique, some reason to consider you over others) : I would like to become staff to help the people of the server. I think that the Moderators+ will be able to help people, and encourage them to make great builds. The thing that will be the best in my opinion will be the community itself. I will help people when they need help (Not in an abusing way). I think that people need to understand how important it is to have a great community like this one, and we will strive for even a better community.
Experiences with server administration: (coreprotect, worldguard, groupmanager) <----- all of those and WorldEdit, Essentials, HD (Holographic Displays), Citizens, CratesPlus, And more that I can work with. I can do most of the administrative things that are needed.
What you have done on our server to be considered for Jr. Mod: I have reported a greifing outside the borders of spawn.
Anything else you might want to add:
- Plugins that I would recommend that you get for Admins:
- Command Spy (Sees all the commands players input; able to be toggled)
- CratesPlus (Top crates plugin; easy to setup)
- BuyCraft (Able to buy certain items/command Via Buycraft website)
- Votifier (Get votes to boost the server to a better ranking)
- GreifProtection (Allows players to set their own claims; can manage claims in the config!)
- Maxbans (Warns, Kicks, Mutes, Bans with a given reason - said in chat ; chat message can be edited in the config.)
Overall this seems like you have had a great start to this server!

I grew up in a, I guess you could say 'Quiet Neighbourhood' and was raised with 7 other siblings. I was always taught while growing up to be disciplined and respectful especially to those whom I first meet, like my mum or 'mom' always said "First impressions are important." This I think is a key factor the server semi lacks in, in order to further welcome those joining for the first time or even joining after a few hours of inactivity, a warm 'Welcome' or a 'Heyy hows it goin' is what creates a positive community. In my hour of being on the server, I have seen very little of this. Though, having said that, I am still 'Very New' so I may have only seen one side of the story. If you were to ask my friends to describe me in one word, I will guarantee you they'd say "Outgoing." I really do love to chat and make new friends, I will not let my rank blind me into thinking I'm too 'Important' or 'Special' to maybe have a casual chat or help others with building (excluding the building part for they'll be excused from acquiring any further ranks). I will stick to the requirements of said rank. I have come to terms with how World Edit functions. I know the very basics and a couple 'advanced' commands every server needs to a certain extent (with a whole lot of permissions to prevent the possibilites of griefing) i.e //copy //paste -a //move //replace //br {type} etc. I am also familiar with VoxelSniper (terrain editor). Maybe that would come in handy if the server requires any terraforming. I know certain commands every Server Administrator should known such as /ban /pardon /tp /kick {player} {reason} /op /deop. What you have done on our server to be considered for Jr. Mod: I am hands down ready to start contributing to the server. I have, and this may not seem alot, welcomed new or recent players to the server when they have joined. I have contributed to conversations, all the while keeping the chat positive and respectful. I have also made myself familiar in the community with Sloane and a Builder and Designer. I have too become known in the chat for being friendly and outgoing while also keeping it mature. I love the server and I would love to try and get more players on the server.The staff is so kind and response to all of my questions and I would love to help new players to the server. I'm very mature and will try to keep the server calm and not allow people to fight and spam in caps in chat.
General information about you: I am 15 years old and a sophomore in high school. I'm a middle child with an older brother and a younger sister.I take care of my baby niece some days during the week and I also help my younger sister with school and sports. I am on the varsity team for my high school baseball team so I wont be on a lot during the week because of games,practice, and conditioning. I was raised by my mom and dad who are still together and they taught me to treat others the way you wanted to be treated, make a great first impression to everyone you meet, and to listen to others with respect. What have I done to the server to be a Jr.Mod: I might not have a lot of time on the server but the time (If 10 hours is not a lot) I have been on I welcome old and new players to the server and I always try to help people that have been griefed and I just like building and I'm willing to help others build. I like to build houses and I'm really good with interior and exterior and I'm willing to help people with anything I would also like to say that SpicyCraft is the best creative server i have ever been on

Why you want to become staff:
I honestly believe that every server needs strong, committed staff that will put their time and effort into helping the server grow and keeping it from becoming a toxic place. I do see myself as very reliable and you won't have to worry about petty arguments, I aim to deal with situations as calm and contently as necessary. As well as I enjoy helping players with things and think all players deserve to feel welcome on to the server, and from experience I have learned that being respectful plays a big part in being staff and growing as a community and server, being respectful to players even when they do not act the same to me,I believe to be an act that encourages the players to do the same.

Experiences with server administration:
I did used to own my own server of about fifty players, so I do know the essentials of group manager. But I am still working on my world editing skills, its never really been something I thought I'd need because I have always build everything by hand. But I do know some of it, I am very much willing to learn it. I have very mild skills with core protect, I do know the administration commands. But as well as everything else I am one hundred percent willing to learn it.

What you have done on our server to be considered for Jr. Mod:
I try to identify bugs so it will help the server out in the future, because a small bug can turn into a major problem I have learned. I try to help with what I can, but so far I haven't really seen many people needing help with anything outside of world edit, which I do not have access to as you may know. I will gladly help with anything that comes up without a complaint.
I would love to invest my time, effort and money (if needed) into this server to help it to grow and reach its full potential, which I know is possible.

- I do have multiple experiences with being an Owner, Administrator and Mod/Helper.
- I used to own my own minecraft server but I took it down due to not being able to recruit the right staff, it was a small server of about fifty people, fifteen on the regular.
- I am currently unemployed, but I do have a summer job which is usually 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, so I will have plenty of time to help out.
- I can manage Websites and Social Media very well.

Why you want to become staff: It's a small server, I never had experience with big servers, only small ones, thought I might try this out, if I don't do a good job, I'll resign. I like the community, and I love the idea of the server. I love building freely, where people can just teleport to you and see your builds rather than on a plot where your builds are divided.
Experiences with server administration: I ran my own server and my friends for a few months until we ran out of money lol. I know PEX, not so much with group manager, i know most things about essentials, i can edit pretty much everything and i memorized a bunch of the "codes". WorldGuard is another one I know a lot about, Multiverse as well, etc.
What you have done on our server to be considered for Jr. Mod: I built, thats all i have to say.
Anything else you might want to add: I'm easily reachable through discord, any social media platform. I'm a decent builder, and I can be on for most of the day, as long as its after my classes. I live on the EST of the United States. I can speak 3 languages, English, Spanish And Russian. I have some ideas for the server. I won't go so much into details, I will if you ask me, I hope you consider my as an actual candidate.

Why you want to become staff: I would like to become a staff member on your server for a few reasons. First of all, I really am enjoying the server and I want to help people out and help the community of the server grow. I also would like to become a staff member because I really enjoy the duties and responsibilities. I enjoy having to work hard and help out. Another reason why I would like to become staff is because I would not just like to be a regular person in the community but I would like to be a strong contributor. In all, I really would like to become a staff member on your server because I want to make it grow.
Experiences with server administration: I have worked with many plugins as a server owner myself. I am very good with Permissions Ex and World Edit. I have used many other plugins such as World Guard, Holographic Displays, and of course, Essentials.
What you have done on our server to be considered for Jr. Mod: I have done a few things on your server that qualify me to become a Jr. Mod. I first of all, spend a lot of my time on the server patrolling for inappropriate builds. This is very important since the server needs to have a nice community. I also have done things like supporting other members by reviewing their builds. I have also added a community park for the server to use and enjoy. I have done a good amount of things to be considered for Jr. Mod and I hope that you have noticed some of them.

I have pretty good redstone knowledge, and when others were abusing /time (Please don't take away) I was resetting it back to day and kept on telling the person to please stop.
Anything else you might want to add: I have really good knowledge with coding, especially with plugins for spigot and bukkit servers. If you ever want me to create a plugin for you or want to setup a new spot that needs warps or redstone, send me a letter.
